I was into depression also  for 1.5 years, luckily I've been able to get out of it. It was really difficult,going to psy did not help much,always found myself in a dark tunnel n not being able to get out,the feelings were scary.found myself cry incessantly n felt lonely,was prescribed xanax/xanor antidepressant to be able to sleep.then one day,a miracle happened.i woke up, I don't know where an inner strength came from, I said to myself I want to be happy,I want to live, I stopped taking antidepressants.

I said I will heal by myself, I kept taking positive things to myself,whenever those negative feelings started cropping up,i would immediately take my phone and call anyone randomly on my contact list. I started to do makeup on my face,found myself beautiful,got back on social media,started to meet friends again,went shopping,massage    so, I think first thing, You have to say  NO to those negative feelings.You feel attracted to the negative feelings wen in depression.but the moment you r able to say no to wrong feelings,u will start to believe in yourself,say I want to be happy,i love myself,do things that you loved to do.start by little things.

Do sunbathing and sun gazing. Lack of vitamin D causes depression. In our modern lifestyle, we are being so disconnected from nature. And also we are living in a toxic food environment, we are totally dependent on sugar which is 6 to 8 times addictive than cocaine. Sugar consumption secretes dopamine hormone which gives pleasure but it will not stay a long time. We need again and again to make yourself happy. Nature food like banana and nuts contains tryptophan amino acid which secretes serotonin hormone which is not addictive and it will also give pleasure. So please change eating habits from junk foods to wholesome plant-based diets, exercise more, do sunbathing, sun gazing, meditation and intermittent fasting. Then see we will not be suffering from any disease. Our mother nature heals any disease.
